    Yes. PS ARMY's provides  authentic products directly from official stores to International ARMY at a good cost, better service and a faster delivery. 

  • How many items can I buy in one purchase?
    You can buy as much as you desire, Orders aren't  limited.

Ordering.

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, but by setting up an account, you become a PS ARMY member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates and deals in the future.

     

  • Do you ever do giveaways?
    Yes, we run giveaways on ps-army.com, and on PS ARMY's social channels Twitter: (@PSarmy_official) and Instagram: (@ps.army_official)

  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?'
    No, once you place an order it is final.

  • How can I find the status of my order?

After we ship your package, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will include your tracking number, You will be able to Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page.

 

Shipping and Custom Duties.

  • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

Your order will be packed and dispatched for maximum the next day. Once dispatched, expected delivery times are 2-15 business days based on the carrier you choose. To get more info , Click here.

  • I am an international customer (outside SOUTH KOREA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
    Items shipped outside of South Korea may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Ps.army .

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order or contact us at hello@ps-army.com  to check them for you .​

 

Return Policy.

  • Do you offer returns?

All Sales Are Final* We do accept returns in the unlikely events that a product is damaged, incorrect or missing, we will send replacements within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.​

 Please note, PS ARMY reserves the right to refuse returns that don't match the cases set above.

  • I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, go to http://ps-army.com click on login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal.
